My path into learning and development wasn’t linear — it was built through years of designing solutions in environments where clarity mattered. That realization shaped my career.
I became the person who could walk into complexity, map it, simplify it, and build systems that help people succeed. Over time, that evolved into a specialty:

Outside of work, I practice relief carving, wood burning, and watercolor — slow, tactile crafts that mirror how I design learning systems: with clarity, patience, and an attention to structure.
